Tracing Lace is a series of imaginative short stories with original music hidden throughout the Threads of Power exhibition at Bard Graduate Center Gallery, written and performed by James Harrison Monaco and Janani Balasubramanian. Each story animates and expands the lace histories in the exhibition with additional historical, cultural, and scientific perspectives.
